SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

This page explains how Ten Lei Yến ("we," "us," "our") collects consent for SMS text messages, what messages we send, and how you can opt out at any time. By verbally agreeing to receive text messages from Ten Lei Yến during a phone call, you agree to the terms below.
Who we are
Ten Lei Yến is a Vietnamese-American edible bird's nest store located at 9741 Bolsa Avenue, Suite 107, Westminster, CA 92683. You can reach us by phone at 1-714-418-9788 or by email at info@tenleiyen.com.
How you opt in
When you call our store, our automated phone ordering system takes your order and may ask:
"I'll text the payment link to this number, OK?"
If you verbally agree, we will send a single SMS to the phone number you called from, containing a secure payment link for your order. You must say yes on the call before we send anything. We do not send SMS to anyone who has not given verbal consent on a recorded call.
We also send SMS voicemail transcripts to our staff so they can return your call. This is an internal business notification and is not sent to customers.
What messages we send
- Payment links — a one-time text containing your secure Shopify checkout URL after you place an order by phone.
- Order status — occasional updates if there is a question about your order (e.g., an item is out of stock).
We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS. All messages are transactional and tied to a specific order you placed by phone.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Typically you will receive 1–2 messages per order. We will not message you unless you have placed an order by phone and verbally consented during that call.
Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ten Lei Yến does not charge a fee for SMS, but your carrier may.
How to opt out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. You can also opt out by calling us at 1-714-418-9788 or emailing info@tenleiyen.com.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information, or call us at 1-714-418-9788 between 9am and 7pm Pacific Time.
Carriers
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Google Voice) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages described above and is processed by Twilio, our SMS provider. For full details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
