How is bird's nest prepared in a steamer?
Our steamers are purpose-built for the double-boiling method. Soak dry nest in clean water for 4 to 6 hours or overnight, remove any fine feathers, then double-boil with water and rock sugar for about 40 minutes. See each steamer's product page for its details. More answers in our FAQ.
