I've been buying bird's nest from Tenlei Yen for many years and I've always been happy with both the quality of their products and their customer service. The bird's nest is consistently high quality, but what really keeps me coming back is the service. There were a couple of times when my packages were accidentally delivered to the wrong address next door. Jonathan took the time to help track them down and made sure I got my 500g package back. Whenever there's an issue with shipping or delivery, he's always quick to respond and willing to help. It's nice knowing that if something goes wrong, there's someone on the other end who actually cares and will work with you to get it resolved. That's one of the reasons I've continued buying from Tenlei Yen for so many years. Thank you, Jonathan!

Hi Tim, thank you so much for your kind words and loyalty over the years! We're delighted to hear that you’re always satisfied with our quality and service. Jonathan will be thrilled to know his efforts are appreciated. Looking forward to serving you for many more years!

I recently tried the Ten Lei Yen Blue Label Supreme Golden Edible Bird’s Nest (250g) and I’m very impressed with its premium quality. The bird’s nest strands are clean, well-formed, and clearly carefully selected. You can tell it’s a high-grade product just from the texture and appearance. When prepared, it has a delicate, natural taste and a smooth mouthfeel that reflects its quality. The consistency is excellent, and it holds up well during soaking and cooking. Overall, this is a premium-quality bird’s nest that delivers on both authenticity and refinement. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a high-end, traditional delicacy for health and nourishment, or as a luxury gift.

My family and I have been purchasing product from Ten Lei Yen for several years now, and never have any problem. We are always very satisfied with the purchase and quality of their products….very quick and helpful... They answer and explain every single question I have. I was shock that so many negative reviews appear here, which is so silly that people are so demanded, they want to buy the products as the price they want, and whichever way they like and when their demands are not met, they get mad. The company has its own policy, and some customer are trying to make their own rules and asking the store to follow their request. Those people they should open their own store and manage their own policy instead of going around and take advantage from the business. Reading all, I noted people always complain about the price, but you get what you pay. We can tell the differences right away between high quality and low-quality products. Why people complain but keep coming to Ten Lei Yen to shop? Because they know Ten Lei Yen has high quality products. People left the negative reviews are who want to buy high quality products but want to pay in the cheapest price!!!! How??? There are tons of store around, and we all have the right to shop anywhere we want, and whichever store that fit our spending limit… I see that Ten Lei Yen has promotions run all the time, if you want to save money, keep tract the promotion, be a smart shopper, not a fussy shopper. I never write a review on anything, but as I read the review here, I think I need to share my experience when I shop at Ten Lei Yen. I am not in the age that I need to eat the bird’s nest every day, I just use it sometimes, but I usually purchase to give to family members as a gift, and everyone loves it, especially my Grandparents, they eat it regularly. They tell me all the time how good the bird’s nest from Ten Lei Yen are compare to other products from other companies since they have been eating the nest for a long time…I am really happy when they told me that because I know I give the right gift to my family….I wish they know to use technology as we do so they can share their experiences too :) I just made another purchase from Ten Lei Yen couple weeks ago and received 3 facial masks as a free gift, I was amazed how smooth and bright skin my skin was just after the first mask… I went back to purchase more, but they said it is not up for sale yet, and soon it will be up on their website which I am very excited :) Will continue a customer to Ten Lei Yen ❤❤
