Ten Lei Yen 5A (AAAAA) white edible bird's nest (Yến Sào Trắng) — a premium whole-nest grade with long, intact strands. Clean, delicate ivory strands give it the light, refined texture connoisseurs look for. Each 250g box holds whole, hand-cleaned cups (28–31 whole pieces). Sourced from trusted swiftlet houses in Indonesia, hand-cleaned and never bleached or chemically treated — naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free.

How to use
How to use
Soak 3 pieces in a bowl of cold water for 5 hrs or overnight. Remove & discard soaking water. Shred each piece length wise, rinse over running water using a strainer. Put the nests, rock sugar, ginseng in the white cooking pot & fill with 2 - 3 cups of drinking. Place the white pot inside the stock pot with 3 inches water surrounding it & cover the lid. Cook over high heat for 25 mins. Once cooled, ready to eat or place in the refrigerator.
