Text Message Program - Terms & Privacy

Ten Lei Yen, LLC ("Ten Lei Yen," "we," "us") offers a recurring SMS marketing program for customers who choose to receive special offers, seasonal promotions, and new product announcements by text message from (877) 651-6378.

How you join. We send marketing texts only to customers who explicitly opt in. You can opt in verbally at our store (9741 Bolsa Ave, Suite 107, Westminster, CA 92683), verbally during a phone call with our staff, or by texting START or YES to (877) 651-6378. Joining is always optional and is never a condition of any purchase. Every opt-in is recorded in our customer system with the date, time, and the staff member who received your consent.

What to expect. Message frequency varies; we typically send a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately and permanently. You can also reply HELP for assistance, email info@tenleiyen.com, or call (714) 418-9788. Once you opt out, we will not text you again unless you provide a new, confirmed opt-in.

Privacy. Your phone number and opt-in records are used only to operate this program. No mobile information will be shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
